After
sailing through Indonesian waters dotted with small volcanic islands we are on
our own again in open ocean and scheduled to cross the equator some time
today. There is a new batch of
unsuspecting Pollywogs subscribed for the entertainment – hope they enjoy
kissing the dead fish! Weather is hot
(30C) and humid – just what you would expect on the equator. I feel like we are on the way home now, but
still lots of amazing places to visit.
Do you just have to cross the Equator (at sea level!!!) to become a Shellback, or actually undergo the 'initiation' to qualify? You could still be an unsuspecting Pollywog??? Px
